How do I renew my library account?
Answer
Hello. You will need to upload a picture of your current photo ID, a picture of the back of your library card, and an address id such as a bill. More information can be found on the Renew Your Card page on the website.

Regular IPL Chat Hours are:
Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Chat service will be unavailable after 5:30 p.m., Dec. 23 and Dec. 31. Chat will be unavailable all day Dec. 24, 25 and Jan. 1.
